What is SPC?


SPC board, full name is Stone Plastic Composite , is a new type of environmentally friendly sheet.
It is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, through the extruder combined with T-die extrusion SPC substrate, and the use of three or four roller calender respectively PVC wear-resistant layer, PVC color film and SPC substrate one-time heating bonding, embossing and formed.
The main components of an SPC board include
1. Stone powder: as one of the main raw materials, usually made of natural quartz stone and other stone processing, with high hardness, wear resistance, good compression performance and so on.
2. PVC material: provide acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof characteristics.
3. Wear layer: generally PVC transparent wear layer, thickness of about 0.3-0.5mm, increase the wear resistance of the floor.
4. Decorative layer: including a variety of wood grain, stone grain, cloth grain, etc., to meet the needs of different occasions and tastes.
